or nearly three decades,
Yolanda-better known as Yo--has been helping people look, feel and be their best.
Yolanda understands the importance of making sure people look and feel their best-especially when taking on new challenges and exciting professional opportunities. Today, Yo is known for taking her life-long love of fashion to new heights by creating her company, At The Style Table.
After attending the University of Cincinnati, Yo began her career as an international flight attendant for Delta Airlines. It didn't take long for Yo to bring her fashion statements on every flight attendant's uniform into fashion statements on every flight. While traveling to London, Paris and Milan, Yo started to immerse herself in the fashion industry as co-workers, friends and strangers began to notice Yo's talent and ask her to dress them for events ranging from interviews to weddings. This passion gave Yo the idea to launch a fashion style business, and At The Style Table was born.
After 31 years, Yo retired from her career as an international flight attendant to scale her business, which ultimately led to Yo creating her show, My Style Monday's -a weekly segment that features small businesses, entrepreneur's, public speakers and political player.s
Today, Yo is style strategist, speaker, international best-selling author of the book Inspiring Professional Women Who BossUp and a member of several professional organizations including BIG, eWomenNetwork, Women with Vision International and Women Up Initiatives, as well as previously serving as a board member for Rock Recovery -a D.C. -based non-profit that provides affordable treatment to people recovering from eating disorders. Yo also completed the Goldman Sachs "One Million Black Women Black in Business" program in July of 2022
Outside of work, Yo enjoys spending as much time as she can with her husband Art Taylor, Esq., her three children and five grandchildren and a fur grandpup-not to mention shopping, travelling and gardening.
